The Urban Veda scrub I can’t get enough of
I am always on the hunt for a good face scrub. It’s a vital part of my skincare routine, especially to prevent spots and deal with oily skin. A few months ago, the lovely guys at Urban Veda sent me over a few products to try. Now what I immediately loved about this brand is before they sent me products, I filled in a questionnaire about my skin type. From this, the team at Urban Veda could establish which of their product ranges was best suited for my skin. Genius! Other companies definitely need to take note of this, it makes PR and gifting that little more personalised. As I expected, I was gifted the range suited for oily and spot prone skin.
I trialled and tested all the products over the period of about a month. Whilst all of them were good, one stood out and I still use it to this day. The purifying exfoliating facial polish is a new staple in my skincare routine. This little gem contains wild mint, eucalyptus and witch hazel. These are all fab ingredients known to help decongest skin.
This face scrub does what it says!
This facial scrub claims to be ‘mattifying, pore refining and for oil prone skin’. I can honestly say this is one of the first products that actually does what it says it will do. I use it once a week, and I can’t see it leaving my skincare routine any time soon! It’s so difficult to find products that actually work on my oily skin, but this one really does. I notice a visible difference after I have used it, and my pores actually feel tighter.
It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean, and definitely helps to reduce flare ups and oil production. Taa-dah! The solution to all your skin woes. I 100% recommend you give this a go if your skin is anything like mine, it really has been a life saver!
